If you’re a whizz with social media and understand how engaging multimedia content can be used to communicate and interact with our members, sponsors and the public at large then this Volunteer role may be for you!
Reporting to the CEO the Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing our social media to achieve the Jets objectives of membership growth, creating sponsorship value, inclusion, and brand visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the clubs direction.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
*develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
*develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the Jets and our brand
*managing Jets Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat accounts.
*collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to produce engaging content including weekly team announcements and results
*manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
